Akroyd Consulting Limited team members have worked with several large Multinational Corporations at a country level as well as small organisations, and in many industry segments, so understand that there are many different requirements from an IT/IS Manager dependent on the demands of the business.
We have team members that have experience of managing teams of staff locally, at remote lovations in the UK, and teams across Europe. Our experience includes running a "steady state" service, through major organisational change such as centralising your IT/IS Services, or planning and implementing major system or staffing changes. We also have experience of full P&L responsibility, and can assist in ensuring your IT Service meets its budget responsibility.
We can usually provide Interim IT/IS management expertise at short notice, and can assist in ensuring continuity in your business IT/IS department, providing stability so that you can take the time you need to find your ideal manager knowing your team is in safe hands. Or we can provide your existing IT management team with our expertise whilst they manage times of major change, or leave them to concentrate on the job in hand whilst we plan and transition a new service into the steady state organisation.
